At Shot Caller Waterfowl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items:

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Customized or personalized products.
2. Exchanges
Need a different size or item? We offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first to check availability.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us:
Email us at shotcallerwaterfowl@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and reason.

Get authorization:
We will provide instructions and (if applicable) a return authorization.

Ship the item back:
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right at no cost to you.
